This was our first time here because we've only just moved to the area. This place is an absolute gem. I'm disabled, but there is a disabled parking space on site for customers, and because it was a quiet Thursday they were even kind enough to let me leave the car there while we went into the town centre for lunch. When we got back from lunch, a member of staff called Nick looked after us amazingly well, bringing drinks to the table in the foyer, chatting as he went about his business keeping the lobby spotless. I don't think I've ever felt so welcome in a cinema, and I include the 2016 Cinema of the Year, an independent in East London, in that. There is only one downside to this place, and that's the lack of a lift to the first floor to reach screens 1 & 2. That said, I didn't ask for one, so it may exist but not be publicly advertised. But there are several screens on the ground floor. We paid extra for premium seats, but this still made them cheaper than London prices at £7.25 per head, and I was able to watch the film comfortably, which is a rarity with my physical issues. We will absolutely be back. It's worth driving a few extra miles to support somewhere with such great service.
Great nice and quiet and easy parking. Also got a great poster for £3 to help support charity bargain.

I went to see the Greatest Showman here today and I was blown away. The workers are very polite and welcoming. The place is clean and tidy allowing you to sit and relax whilst watching the film on the big screen!
Absolutely awesome movie theatre for adults! Super comfy couches, you can order food and drinks, the ice creams are yummy! We had never been to everyman before and out first experience was great. Very clean and comfortable.

I love Harrogate Theatre. A great range of productions available for all ages throughout the year. Highlights for me are the Hyena Comedy Club, and the annual panto. They also offer a children's comedy club which I have yet to try.
A lovely old theatre. Plenty of great shows on throughout the year. The situation with the ladies loos isn't good though. Be prepared for a long queue at the interval! Not ideal

Attended 2017 New Years Eve ball at the Royal Hall. Welcomed by highland piper in full regalia to a champagne reception before being seated in the main hall. Varied entertainment throughout the night with live band and singers as well as disco. Food and service was good complementing a great night seeing 2018 in.
A magnificent building. Went to see Russell Watson. Excellent concert once the sound mixing desk had got its act together.

Absolutely brilliant Theatre Arts opportunities led by West End star Damien Poole. Not only does he bring his own fantastic experience, knowledge and skill to the people he works with but also other West End stars of stage and screen! Regular opportunities to work with those in the business and those training people for the business affords young and old alike opportunities that are priceless. Damien's own personable, cheerful and professional approach plus a team of superb singing and dance teachers combine to create a fab musical theatre loving family. Termly showcases and weekly lessons - all on the doorstep. What's not to like!
Damien is an amazing and professional teacher - always full of enthusiasm and encouragement. He has created a family-like atmosphere with his students and he makes each lesson so much fun! Do not think twice about your son or daughter (or yourself!) joining DPTA. I have just attended one of the regular showcase events and he has honed so much talent in his students.
