Local Restaurants & Places to Eat around Harrogate

Quantro Restaurant

3 Royal Parade, Harrogate HG1 2SZ, UK – 01423 503034

Consistently good. Quiet respectful and friendly service. Lovely food and an environment with no loud intrusive music. Restaurant is very well established while many others have been and gone. Nice location in Low Harrogate near the Valley Gardens

Good food and very attentive staff. What more would you want. Can be a little loud if there's a lot of people in. Good people watching if you get a window seat!

Restaurant 92

92-, 94 Station Parade, Harrogate HG1 1HQ, UK – 01423 503027

Never been to 92 before but booked a table based on previous reviews that have been left; I have to say I was not disappointed int he slightest. The food is excellent as you'd expect from a Michelin starred restaurant and beautifully presented, but for me, what made it a truly excellent experience was the staff, they are superb, very friendly and helpful. all in all 10/10. I will definitely return and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a dining experience

Trying to be an upmarket restaurant. The tasting menu didn’t “wow” and the explanations of each course were minimal or absent, so the chef’s intentions weren’t conveyed to the diner. The wine flight was well-paired to the courses but the “sommelier’s” knowledge was laughably lacking, failing to identify the country of origin of one of the wines and describing the port as “well, it’s a port”. That said, the food and wines were good, the duck was utterly divine and the red wine paired with it was scrumptious. Probably won’t rush back.

CAU Steak Restaurant - Harrogate

Westgate House, Station Parade, Harrogate HG1 1HQ, UK – 01423 202169

Excellent service and is located in a central area in the town. Steaks were tender and large. I am glad that I only took the 14 oz as I struggled to finish it. The waiter Raph made our visit memorable Great place, great food and the Apple pie cocktail is fantastic

Have visited the restaurant a few times both daytime and evening, I have enjoyed the meal every time. I particularly enjoy the rib eye steak. The waiting staff are friendly and the menu is well worth a good read as there is something for everyone. It is typically line with Harrogate pricing but nevertheless consistently tasty and has a nice ambience.
